Fantastic book! I own several video game art books and this is easily my favorite. Everything about this volume feels high quality, from the paper to the full page pixel screenshots to the foldout maps. The writing is uneven given that there are numerous contributors but I find the variety to be quite enjoyable.Overall I say this is well worth the price. I can hardly wait for this year's SNES Compendium.
